About the Art & Artist
Artist Kelly Quick, pictured here in her studio. Kelly has been an artist since she was eight years old, and always knew she wanted to pursue a creative career. In 2012 she graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts. After graduation, she began teaching art to students at a local public school while she explored her artistic interests. She started designing and hand-making her own jewelry as a creative outlet that quickly grew into a passion and ultimately her brand, Jovial Art, was born. After deciding to focus on her creative brand full time, she opened a studio in the heart of her hometown, Kosciusko, MS. She specializes in jewelry designs that are unique, feminine, and dainty. Beyond her creative brand pieces, she is devoted to designing and creating one of a kind pieces that are special and unique to her customers. She is inspired by line designs, textures, color, and vintage aesthetics that also carry over into her painting and illustration style.
